DescriptionYour tour will begin in the morning as you head straight into the High Tatras Mountains. This is the oldest national park in Slovakia, and has been named the best place to visit in Europe in 2019. Once there, you will be able to spot wild brown bears, a rare creature to discover in Europe. You will also be able to see many chamois throughout your your trek. You will take an easy hike with a cableway, witnessing breathtaking views, waterfalls, and mountain lakes. The High Tatras have more than 600 kilometers in marked trails. This national park was the first and oldest national park in Slovakia, having been founded in 1949. It is situated in the north of Slovakia and is shared with Poland, and many people refer these Carpathian Mountains as the “smallest alpine mountains in Europe”. You will enjoy an early hike, which will be suitable for less experienced tourists. You can take a cableway to Hrebienok, from where you can enjoy some nice walks to the Reinerova and Zamkovského huts. On the way back, you will later stop by the waterfalls known as Vodopády Studeného Potoka.
