At Sladovna, you can taste specialty beers brewed according to traditional pilsner recipes, using only water, malt, hop, and brewing yeast. The malt comes from a malt house known for hand-crafted malt, ensuring first-class quality. The beer is hopped mostly with ŽATECKY POLORANY ČERVENAK, a high-quality hop prized for its clean flavor.
Sladovna - Maxmilian beer is made without additional chemicals and matures for at least one month, containing only natural CO2 levels.
The Small Tasting option includes 3 beer samples paired with a pretzel. The Knight Roland Tasting option includes 4 beer samples served with a traditional beer snack of either ham or cheese.
