Bratislava Old Town is beautiful but relatively small, able to be explored in 2 hours. Throughout this tour, you will be shown the most important places in the city center, such as the unique Nedbalka Gallery, St. Martin's Cathedral (where Maria Theresa was crowned), and more famous streets and places. However, you will be shown more than just the Old Town, being taken to some hidden places in Bratislava and the surrounding area. You will be picked up from your hotel, at which point you will start the tour. You will begin by seeing the famous and popular Blue Church and the inverse pyramid Slovak television and radio building, before heading up the Bratislava Castle hill, crossing narrow streets up to the Slavín Memorial. From here, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful view of the city. Subsequently, you will move on to Devín Castle, which stands on a steep cliff on the banks of the Morava and Danube rivers. Later, you will see another part of the border, where you will visit a bunker built in 1930 as a part of the defense system of former Czechoslovakia. From there, by the park Sad Janka Krála (the oldest public park in Europe), you will move along the Danube River to an artificial island where you will visit the Danubiana Modern Art Gallery before stopping to enjoy a coffee break. At the conclusion of your tour, will head back to Bratislava.
