Description
Begin your tour in Vienna, traveling with a guide and a small group along the ancient Danube Limes to Carnuntum. This archaeological park features the second-largest Roman amphitheater after Rome and provides a vivid glimpse into life during the Roman Empire, with restored houses, baths, and workshops built on original foundations.
At Carnuntum, observe the impressive Gate of the Heathens (Heidentor), ruins of the amphitheater, and the gladiator school. After exploring, enjoy a short scenic drive to Bratislava via Hainburg.
In Bratislava, visit one of the Petržalka bunkers, remnants from the Iron Curtain era.
