Important Information

• Redeem the plastic card at the BTB Tourist Information Centre at Klobučnícka Street 2 by presenting your GYG voucher.
• The GYG voucher cannot be used instead of the plastic card and no discounts apply to it.
• The card is non-transferable and available to persons aged 18 and over only.
• The card is only valid when it contains the card holder‘s name, date, and hour of issue.
• The card is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours from the date and hour of issue.
• The card allows unlimited travel throughout all zones in the city and Bratislava Region including night lines and luggage transport.
• The free guided walking tour takes place every day at 2:00 PM and must be booked max. 7 days and min. 2 hours prior to departure. The tour is guaranteed in Slovak, English, or German and the minimum number of participants is 2.
• Present yourself with your card in all establishments in advance or you may be refused the discount.
• The availability of selected services must be checked in advance.
