Apartments VIA JASNÁ represent a compact recreational complex at the entrance to the Demanovska Valley and Jasna ski resort in the Low Tatra Mountains that is one of the most visited ski and tourist spots in Slovakia.
Architecturally the project consists of two separate buildings:
apartment house with all facilities
apartment houses (individual apartments)
All the 51 apartments vary in layouts but they are similar as for expressive and design elements – they are 3-storey buildings with large glass windows in residential parts. Apartments are „protected“ visually by glazed units in loggia that enhance the sense of privacy and intimacy. On the contrary, the regional character and contact with surrounding countryside were inspiration for using of timber or stone facing.
Apart from comfortable living the project VIA JASNÁ is the background for amenity and leisure.
