The Ski Center Ždiar - Strednica is located in the National Park of High Tatras, and from transport capacity point of view (9 ski-tows, 6,080 people per hour), it is the largest ski center in the area. It is appropriate for beginners as well as for modest skiers.
The base altitude of the resort is 967 m (3,173 ft) and the highest point reaches up to 1,057 m (3,468 ft), for a total vertical rise of 90 m (295 ft). Total length of the downhill runs is 2,100 m (6,890 ft).
Families with children have opportunities to use ski-school for children as well as ski-lift for children, which are situated within the ski resort.
Ski Center Ždiar - Strednica also has 4 km (2.5 mi) of maintained cross-country skiing tracks.
