Ski Žiarce is located in the National Park of Low Tatras. The base altitude of the resort is 750 m (2,460 ft) and the highest point reaches up to 907 m (2,976 ft), for a total vertical rise of 157 m (515 ft). Total length of the downhill runs is 1,300 m (4,265 ft).
At Ski Žiarce there are 4 chair-lifts available, with total capacity of 2,434 skiers per hour. Semi-difficult and difficult downhill runs are suitable specially for advanced skiers. Families with children have an opportunity to use ski-lift for children, which is situated within the ski resort. the ski resort also offers night skiing.
Ski Žiarce also has 7 km (4.4 mi) of maintained cross-country skiing tracks.
