Concathedral of St. Nicholas in Pre?ov
Slovakia
The construction of the Gothic parish church was finished in 1515.
Despite of repeated modifications and fire in 1788 many Gothic elements have been preserved in its architecture - domes, windows and portals.
The Gothic and Baroque styles alternate on the main altar of St. Nicholas from 1696. Statues of angels from the beginning of the 16th century made in workshop of Master Pavol of Levoča are Gothic, for example.
In 2008, the church was elevated to cathedral.
